SHIPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Each medium flat rate box is insured to protect your newest investment. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! However, we currently do not ship to all countries, but will very shortly. Please contact us before placing an order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

(Pretty) please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order after it is received. Then, your new best business tool will be shipped from Howell, Michigan and it will be in your mailbox (yay!) in 1-3 business days in the US and 6-10 business days internationally (though some countries may take longer).  

What International Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship USPS Priority International Mail. For all international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and other charges. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Paper & Prosper recommends that customers contact their country’s customs office to determine the amount of these charges before purchasing any products.

How do I place an Order?

Once you decide which cover style you’d like (which may take a while – they are all so gorgeous) and the quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. From there, you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.  

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Decided you want the other cover style? No problem! (We understand – it’s a tough choice!) You may change your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped. To do so, please contact us immediately at hello@www.paperandprosper.com so we can cancel the original.  You will then be able to reorder the one you want.  You may also cancel your order altogether as long as it hasn’t already shipped.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes – you need an account to place an order, but you don’t have to do it before you start shopping. You can create it during the checkout process. With an account, you’ll be able to review current and past orders, save billing & shipping addresses, and store contact information. Which means you can log in for quick & easy checkouts in the future!

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking information to you. Then, you’ll be able to track the status and location of your order (and know what day to wait by the mailbox).

How Can I Return a Product?

Products may not be returned or exchanged.  We take quality very seriously at Paper & Prosper and each product that leaves our store has been looked over a dozen times to make sure it is crisp & beautiful.  Once a book leaves our store and finds its way to someone else, we can’t guarantee that it’ll stay in perfect, top-notch condition. We want each customer to receive a shiny and new product that has never been to someone else’s home or office or worse. We hope you understand our no exchanges or returns policy and the reasoning behind it.  

PROTECTING YOUR PRODUCT

Did your 3 year old run through the house wearing your Planner as a cape?  

Maybe your dog did some teething on the coils? This double bound wire coil is very sturdy and reliable yet like many other forms of metal it can be slightly bent due rough housing.  If this should happen there is a simple solution which takes a couple seconds to adjust.
